Some places on St. Croix are not just locations, they’re expressions of what makes island life feel vibrant, resilient, and connected. Studio 360 is one of those places. It isn’t just a fitness or wellness studio, it’s a living example of what happens when passion meets purpose and creativity meets care.
Every time I walk through Studio 360’s doors, I sense that energy instantly. It doesn’t matter if you're here for a workout, looking for wellness support, or simply stopping by, you leave feeling a bit more alive, centered, and grateful for this place we share.
Studio 360 is that rare spot born from genuine love for community and well‑being. The vision began with Kendall and Amanda Holmes. They met in 2010, bonded by their shared belief that health should bring vitality, joy, and connection for everyone around them .
Amanda, a chiropractor, discovered her calling after overcoming her own spinal injuries. Inspired by non‑medication healing that finally brought relief, she pivoted her education to kinesiology and chiropractic care, specializing in pediatric and family wellness.
Kendall, a seasoned personal trainer, brings over twenty years of experience, including work with athletes and community wellness. His expertise in functional movement, rehab transitions, and strength training shaped much of the dynamic approach Studio 360 offers.
Together, they envisioned a space that didn’t just offer fitness or treatment, but invited people into a lifestyle of holistic vitality. Thus, Studio 360 was born: a state‑of‑the‑art wellness center where chiropractic care, fitness, and community intersect seamlessly.
Walking into Studio 360, you sense the harmony of artfulness and intention. It’s crafted for every stage of life, offering treatment for tots all the way to adults, fitness routines, chiropractic care, and moments of community, all under one roof.
Take a group class and you’ll find high‑energy bingo boxing, all‑body “Gravity” workouts, and functional training using the MoveStrong FUNctional apparatus (NovaXL) with kettlebells, heavy bags, and dynamic movement zones that invite innovation and strength.
And that’s just the beginning. Studio 360 also offers personal training, chiropractic treatments, wellness coaching, and occasional wellness events that bring people together to learn, grow, and rejuvenate.
On St. Croix, creativity and health aren’t just trends, they’re fundamental. Yet not all fitness spaces feel nurturing or flexible enough to welcome a full spectrum of learners. Studio 360 changes that.
This is a studio where healing meets habit, art meets athleticism, and community meets care. Whether working in a wellness workshop or strength class, you’re always supported, and never judged.
Every visit feels like a gentle reminder: our bodies thrive when we move, connect, and care for ourselves. Studio 360 embodies that message.
The magic of Studio 360 is as much about the people as the fitness. Beyond the founders, the team is rooted in local passion and holistic wellness.
Kyla Harris, a Crucian native, brings environmental awareness and natural health into community offerings like homemade herbal wellness lines (e.g., Ginger Limin).
Then there’s Michelle McCaw, a holistic coach, yoga advocate, grief mentor, and longtime island resident, whose approach blends mindfulness with deep community care.
Of course, we can’t forget Rocco, the studio’s rescued pup, who wears many hats: greeter, snuggler, emotional support companion, and unofficial spirit‑keeper of the studio’s joyful energy.
Each trip to Studio 360 is quietly transformative. One day you may come in carrying the weight of life, and leave with a lighter step, more focus, or just a lingering smile. This isn’t about moves or reps, it’s about the goodwill that moves within you.
My favorite moment? Seeing someone discover their own rhythm, whether they’re stepping into fitness for the first time or managing an injury with thoughtful care. The confidence in their eyes is always worth watching.
