This home was designed by George Hascup, Director of Design at the School of Architecture at Cornell University. It has 8 plus hill top acres, with breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea, the Frederiksted pier, Puerto Rico, Vieques & Culebra. This property sits at approximately 660' elevation on the west side of St. Croix. It is solar powered (net metered) with mahogany cathedral ceilings.

This property is unique with the primary bedroom and kitchen located in one building and the secondary bedrooms in a different building separated by the pool. It has a very special layout that makes it excellent for hosting and visiting guests. The view is my favorite part although you are in for a journey when living on the west end of the island.
